SurADoming START 15 is a basic doming workstation designed for processing SurACer 4460 doming resin or similar liquid materials, operated using a dispensing gun. This setup enables simple, manual, and customized production of doming on labels and other promotional items
SurADoming START 20 is an advanced doming workstation designed for processing SurACer 4460 doming resin. It is operated using a dispensing gun and features a larger UV curing unit. This setup allows for simple, manual, and customized production of doming on labels and other promotional items.
SurADoming BASIC 30 is a professional doming workstation designed for processing SurACer 4460 doming resin or similar liquid materials. The resin is applied using an electronic-pneumatic dispensing unit, which is supplied complete with compressor and accessories. This workstation enables simple, manual, and customized production of doming on labels and other promotional items.
SurADoming BASIC 40 is a professional doming workstation operated with a larger dispensing cartridge. The workstation’s design optimizes the dispensing process of the coating material and allows for simple, manual production of doming items.
SurADoming BASIC 50 is a professional doming workstation equipped with a larger UV curing unit (curing area 38 x 42 cm). The workstation’s design optimizes the dispensing process of the coating material and reduces the production time of doming items.
The professional doming workstation SurADoming PRO 100 features a material pressure container with a capacity of up to 2 kg, allowing continuous dosing of the doming material over extended periods. Equipped with a larger curing area on the UV curing unit—exceeding DIN A3+ format—this setup enables even faster production cycles.
The SurADoming PRO 150 doming workstation allows continuous dosing with the material pressure container over extended periods. The curing area of the UV curing unit, up to DIN A3 size, enables shorter production cycles. Equipped with a pneumatic pinch valve and a dispensing unit with foot/finger switch, handling of the material is easier and safer. Consumables such as cartridges and pistons are no longer required.
