Another product segment are our hydrophobic coatings, such as the SurAChem HP 310, with the application of which the surface energy and thus the wettability of a wide variety of material surfaces, such as glass, ceramic, metal, composite and plastic can be enormously reduced. The SurAChem HP 310 hydrophobic coating can therefore be used as hydrophobic and oleophobic wetting-, spreading- and flow blocker for adhesives, coatings, oils (in particular also silicone oil) and other polar and non-polar liquids. SurAChem HG 01 is a strong hydrophobic agent for epoxy-based adhesives and coatings and is characterized by a very low water-absorption.
