SurADoming PRO Workstation Series
The SuraDoming PRO workstation series with material pressure tank, manual-, pneumatic- and special pinch valve with multiple dispensing distributors, provide professional doming workstations for the processing of the non-toxic and light-cured SurACer® 4460 doming material. The equipment combination optimizes the dispensing process of the doming resin and reduces the production time. The SurADoming PRO workstation series consist of:

1 kg non-toxic SurACer® 4460 doming resin with innovative features, sufficient for the production of 1000 labels in sizes between 5-6 cm²

light-curing box with a curing area of up to DIN A3+ and eight UVA-tubes for fast curing within minutes, including a DIN A3+ baking paper

Pressure tank with a content up to 2 kg, providing continuous dispensing operation over a long period of time and flow-rate adjustments, reducing significantly the production time

dispensing technology with manual and pneumatic pinch valve, as also digital dispensers with time-controlled, flow-rate controlled and retention-vacuum functions for optimum control and production-rates increase

SurADoming PRO Workstation Series
SurADoming PRO 100 enables a continuous dispensing operation over an even longer period of time with its greater material pressure tank, reducing considerably produciton-times. The even greater curing surface of the light-curing box, up to DIN A3 format, allow for even greater production rates. The light-cured and environmental friendly SurACer® 4460 doming resin will be the doming material used. For more information read the product and application information.
SurADoming PRO 150 enables a continuous dispensing operation over a long period of time with its material pressure tank up to 2 kg, as also reduces considerably produciton-times with the curing surface up to DIN A3 format. The special pneumatic valve and digital dispenser with finger- and footswitch, enable a safe and easy handling with the dispensing process.
